Stainless steel ultrasonic atomizing nozzles with the ability to create extremely fine droplets, the so-called “dry fog”, with droplets size 1-10 microns. Using the friction between the compressed air and the liquid to produce a very uniform and finest atomization effect, the average diameter of the atomized particles is below 50 microns.

Design Feature

2. Long service life, wear and corrosion resistance from the perspective of maintenance, since ultrasonic atomizing nozzle does not depend on high pressure to achieve the maximum atomizing water effect, the wear problem of it is almost completely eliminated.
3. Low pressure generates perfect fogging effect it utilizes compressed air and plain water to produce these 10-20 micron droplets (true fog).
